Shadowfist Demonstrations at Hexacon XVI
The weekend of the 12th-15th of October 2006 was HexaCon XVI in Phoenix, AZ, USA. As Arizona's longest running gaming convention, I ran a series of Shadowfist demonstrations, as recorded earlier.

One of the players, Frank, took a few pictures Sunday morning which he was willing to share:

This portrait image from Sunday includes table one in the foreground and table three in the background (with table two obviously enough in the middle). Clockwise from bottom left to bottom right we have Ken St. Andre, Frank D. Willaim III's empty chair, Wayne Allen Myers, Amanda Pardo, Sean Martin, Paul Donald Peter Tanton, three underaged players, Daniel Candia Hernandez, and one other underaged player.

A close-up of Table 2, where three underaged players take on Wayne Allen Myers. An unknown individual is seen holding a pen at that table, assumably assisting the one new player at the table (who is using a playmat from Stefan). In the background Paul Donald Peter Tanton is assisting Table 3.

Thanks, Frank, for taking and sharing the pictures. We should have taken a picture of you in the action as well!

Hey there. Nice to meet you.

I notice you're located in the Phoenix area. Would you happen to know Ken St. Andre? He's a friend of mine and he lives in Phoenix. In fact he ran several modules of Tunnels & Trolls at Hexacon.

Yes, I do happen to know Ken. Besides being pictured above, he's even mentioned in one other entry of this blog: http://sharetheroad.livejournal.com/2005/08/23/

I missed out on his modules at Hexacon, but I did get in on his session at DarkCon last weekend. It was a blast! Liz was also there (but not for the T&T session), so now my T&T7 tin is signed by both of them.

I happened upon your lj from the Hall of Champions in Trollhalla. It seemed interesting enough to keep track of through my Friends page.

Ohhh! Hi, Tmuwo! Ah yes, I see Ken now. I didn't recognize him without his head. :) And I did skim the text but somehow missed his name.

I've never met Liz. I'd like to someday.

[info]hraith is semi-retired now that I'm beginning work on the graphic novel. (Beginning work... sounds so strange. I've been working on it for two years already. But now I have a completed script and the worldbuilding is done and I'm getting ready to draw.) I may still continue to post bits and thoughts there so it doesn't die completely. This one here is my personal LJ.
